..of new life and intolerance of others. In only a few short months, the world as they knew it had changed..

Every day new incidents occurred, ranging from single deaths to mass attacks, and every day convincing cases were presented by the Human's First & Human's Against Vampires groups to the courts. Everyone is in an uproar over them, and everything that the supernaturals had been fighting for over the recent years starts to crumble. Rapidly.

All over the U.S. Major cities revoke the new acquired rights for the vampires, overturning the ruling of Addison v. Clark. Congress, attempting to keep up, had finally rolled out Brewster's Law granting Vampire Executioner's federal marshal status and making vampire's once more illegal.

What does this have to do with other supernaturals? You might think little. And you would be wrong. Oh no, HF and HAV weren't resting with just the vampires being shunned and hunted. They were turning their sights on others as well, forcing millions into the underground, hiding from the world that had turned so cruel for them.

This caused some groups to split..others to merge as many turned to moving to little towns, places that seemed untouched and unphased by the media circus. It was a way to start a new life, away from the threats and hatred. For the most part. You couldn't escape from everything, but given the right place..right luck..and smarts..you could hide just what you were from everyone.

Not a life that anyone would choose..but one forced on them. But isn't that how things are? You take one step forward, two steps back. And sometimes you just have to go with the flow.
