Welcome to Windstorm Castle

As Ye travel the long and winding road through the lush English countryside, the rolling hills and vales of South West Cornwall give way to a small village and harbour. The ever changing seasons bringing the traveler much to see upon his journey as he passes by the crop fields and orchards along the way. The surrounding forests giving protection from the weather and also shelter to the wildlife that sustains the people of this welcoming place.

The village bustling with life as its inhabitants go about their daily life, the many shops and homes giving a colourful insight to this place they call Summersville. The sound of merriment and laughter comes forth from the children as they play, along with the tuneless songs from the Tavern where the travelers and Sailors sometimes come to blows. The sounds and smells of the sea and the many different cargos the small ships carry back and forth lend interest to the passer by, whether he sits beside the quay with an ale or partakes in the goings on in the market place.

Further on and hidden by the trees and undergrowth, a pathway leads Ye to a secluded beach, the sands golden and welcoming as the Atlantic waves break upon them. Fishing nets and small boats are scattered along the shoreline, the catch of the day being plentiful and the seagulls grateful for such as they gather above to welcome home the fishermen. Just beyond the village a well worn track leads Ye on, past a meadow, stream and a large lake to Windstorm Castle, set back slightly from the cliffs and surrounded by a moat.

This is a place of chivalry and honour, where many of the villagers come to work and earn their keep, mingling with the Lords and Ladies of the Castle. All who seek shelter are given a warm welcome if they come in peace, as such be the cornerstone of Windstorm.
