The Story So Far - Update Center / Update as of 02/09
« Last post by Manda on February 09, 2017, 07:22:34 PM »The Archangel's newest shakedown cruise started off a bit bumpy with the discovery of a computer virus in the system that seemed like it had been there for quite some time. With the help of Lt Commander Irae and Lieutenant Winters and GEN, the computer virus was isolated and removed from the system.
The Archangel then received a distress call from a colony not too far from their coordinates. It was discovered that the colony had contracted some form of disease that had been dispersed there manually by someone. SSgt Ashmore and his marines as well as the away team from the Archangel worked together [also see nearly killed each other] to find a cure for this. Nearly 1/10th of the colony was decimated by this disease before a cure was found by Doctor McCoy.
Among the survivors, it was discovered that one of them was actually wanted by Starfleet. The civilian doctor, Dr Nikolai Rostov, was wanted on matters of treason and sedition for crimes committed during the Federation-Cardassian conflict years prior. Captain Kane ordered him to the brig where they are awaiting transport by Starfleet Security.

Announcements / Character Sheets

While this is fine for a limited time, all characters are required to have sheets on the board before long-term play. Many of you have been in the room for quite a while and still do not have character sheets up. If you think you've posted a sheet before, let us know and we can search the boards in case it got deleted. If you need help creating a sheet, let any mod or anyone in the room with a sheet know and we can set some time aside to help you.
We are announcing that character sheets will NEED to be up no later than FEBRUARY 20TH. If there are extenuating circumstances, please, let us know. Otherwise sheets will need to be up or there will be no possible character advancement.

Hey folks..to keep everyone on the same page when it comes to in room RP we're asking that those who have rp ideas they want to run use the quick form below and PM it to one of the Admins.
Title: [ A witty title for your lil story to be used in the update center ]
Players Involved: [ Any other people you'd like to help you out with the rp, or play Npcs. ]
PCs Involved: [ Who the rp is based around. Ie archangel, or Ensign so and so]
Npcs Involved: [ You're cast of characters ]
Timeframe: [ Will this take a day, a week..estimated length of time ]
Synopsis: [ A brief outline of what your idea is ]
That's it, that's all! Fill that out and PM it to an admin and you're on your way. We're here to help you. Get creative! Work together! Have fun!!!

I have no qualms handing over the reigns for someone else to run something (It lets me actually play too)
So if you would like a shot post up here or PM Myself or one of the other Admins or even post to one of the department heads in the room they will contact us.
And lets have fun with this.
