Ship Logs / SFMC CO Log
« on: February 24, 2017, 06:33:31 PM »
Having assumed command of the detachment on the Archangel I have the honor of  submitting the first log of Charlie Company, 2nd battalion, 5th MEU. From this point on being called the Red Devils.

The Red Devils are a group that has had need of Command but are a well oiled machine.  I have a fine group of senior NCOs under my command and hope that the officers are just as committed. I know they are well trained. The trick is to keep them sharp and ready to stroke at a moments notice, but not get bored.

Ships Captain Kane and I are of the same mind.  You work on  the ship , no matter Marine or Fleet, you do a job. I will be speaking with each Ships Department head to see where my Marines can be used.

The group formally known as the Pioneers are well trained and have already lent their expertise in many departments, including science.
As for myself, well I been rolling up my sleeves and helping out in the shuttle bay. An Officer does lead by example.

Ship Logs / Re: XO Log

XO log,

WE have made it back from our first away mission as a crew. Myself Mister Washingtion, Miss Grax and the Counselor beamed to the planet . We met Capt Davis and her crew. While aggressive  we were able to find  information out and move to  the area where the , Entity was housed.  Due to actions taken by Lt Cmdr Washington and Grax we were able to decipher and beast the enemy.

WE will be here for awhile while we help the USS potemkion and the Klingon ship get back on their feet.

--Pause--

The away team did exceptionally well, with a few bumps. But it is understandable. We are all still feeling each other out i feel.

We have left the USS Archangel and arrived at SB 134. The Transfer of the crew of the USS Atlas onto the base has proceeded without incident. Once we receive confirmation we will be off to DS9 for remaining crew transfers and resupply before heading to the Gamma Quadrant.
